Shut up, Rita Cosby!!

Many years ago, The New Republic ran an article, a cover story I believe, entitled "Shut Up, Joe Biden". Fairly prescient I guess.

Today, we have Rita Cosby presiding over a tanker accident in Kansas City, and for a good ten minutes she repeated the same five facts over and over and over again, breathlessly and unceasingly. It was the most orrendous time I've ever had wtching Cable, if you exclude the moment when Bush v. Gore came down and Dan Abrams couldn't figure out what the heck was going on.

Rita needs to get some lessons in order that she re-learn to use her new voice, and she requires some journalism lessons as well. Sheesh.
