I think many (myself included) are inclined to vote for someone that they feel are more likely to win) like either Edwards or Gore if he runs and Kucinich as a second or third choice, or vote for Kucinich as first choice and have folks like Edwards and Gore right behind him.

Too bad we can't have a poll on here that would follow the instant runoff format so that we could get an idea of how different results might be achieved if we were to have this in place. One "regular" poll perhaps could be simultanetously launched with an instant runoff poll to see the differences.

Don't have time myself to put this together at this moment, but perhaps there are online poll services that could do this that we could point to, etc. here.

3. Kucinich is exactly what we need
We need people who are not in the machine.
We need people who have been steadfast in their convictions.
We need people who understand that our country is in dire straights.
I've had it with mainstream politicians - Kucinich will get my vote regardless of who the machine nominates.
No, he doesn't look the part (whatever that means). But he's said and done everything that I can support - and his performance in the debates (in the limited time he's given) has been outstanding.
Vote! And vote for change!
