Handyman Admits to Killing Oakland Journalist

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -- Oakland police say a 19-year-old handyman for a Black Muslim splinter group admitted to shooting and killing an Oakland journalist investigating the group's finances.

Oakland Assistant Police Chief Howard Jordan says Devaughndre Broussard has confessed to fatally shooting Oakland Post editor Chauncey Bailey.

The 57-year-old Bailey was gunned down near the newspapers' offices on Thursday.

Broussard was one of seven people arrested Friday in raids on Your Black Muslim Bakery.

Isn't it interesting how they always makes sure to include the term "Muslim".

Strange.

Would they ever say "Christian handyman", or for that matter, "Jewish handyman" (not Jesus, but you know what I mean)

But they are always are so quick to include the term "Muslim".

Some might even say eager to include the term Muslim.

Yet another "muslim" possibly being scapegoated?
