Did the environmental lobby give to the people who voted for this?!? Did the companies that will get money from the requirments give money to them?!?

I know not everyone here has jumped on the ethics bandwagon but I'm sure there will be some that they are voting for the interests of those who gave them money and want them strung up to light poles.
