In reality, it's pathetic that the only tactics and strategy are those swiped from Roger Trinquier, including the use of torture on captured enemy personal. Although, Trinquier highlights the need for effective intelligence apparatuses and a high level of cultural awareness, things completely lacking by the Regime.
Sadly, the Regime just needs to pull this off a few more times and then they'll be free and clear and able to slander the next president as the one who 'lost' his glorious war.
