1. I wonder how he felt
when Delay kept the vote open until early morning and twisted arms?

2. Hyperbole
A vote was called early, Dems have apologized and offered a resolution to refer it to the Ethics committee.
Repugs continue to whine about it, claiming they have never done such a thing. :eyes:

4. The vote counting machine fucked up for a little bit late last night
And a bill that the Republicans wanted to kill passed anyway.

They are saying the Democrats stole the vote. Didn't happen. Fuck them.

7. Vote counting machine in the House messed up a vote? Oh, irony!
Don't suppose the Republicans will get the message though.

5. The chair gaveled the vote at 214-214
Edited on Fri Aug-03-07 09:42 AM by NI4NI
which I believe meant the bill did not pass which meant the repubs won, but at the instant the chair gaveled the vote the tally changed again in favor of the repubs and but there was a motion vote to reconsider the bill.

So the minority walked out screaming last night and came back in screaming the same way this morning.

During the five 1 minute speeches allowed before today's recess began (so the leaders Hoyer and Boner can get it straightened out) Patrick "the Puke Heinney" McHenry was forced to withdraw his words calling Dems cheaters.

I love it, but it's too early for popcorn and the Friday fireworks yet to come

6. Child hypocrites. Dems calling it a mistake. Republicans know how
dirt is done so they assume dirt was done - to them. WHAAAAAAA! Mommy - he took my vote.

Yes, child hypocrites. They should wake up and acknowledge that they have only a tiny reserve of credibility and should use it carefully.

9. Republicans wanted every dollar of federal farm money accounted for to make sure no undocumented
workers received any of it for their labor.
