like to say they are stupid, but they are not. No way the VP Dick forgot he sent people to the bedside of a desperately ill Attorney General. No way even an imbecile would forget a thing like that. Cheney and the others say "I don't recall" because they are hoping no one else will. And if someone "remembers" they can say they "forgot". I think the American people have the routine down by now.
