that Peewee had another seizure this morning after I left for work. He said that after she came to she just wouldn't leave him alone, rubbing against his ankles and crying. Plus he said she was shedding furiously. Poor little baby. She got extra lovins when I got home.

81. She just had one within the past couple of weeks.

I may have to put her back on the Valium. Hate to do it though, because it (obviously) makes her so lethargic.

Why do these things happen to the sweetest-natured kitties? I had a calico, Sam, who had a really aggressive injection-site cancer. 4 surgeries & radiation. Sick as she was, she'd always drag herself to the litter box and always had a purr and a cuddle for me. Other cats would just poop on the floor for spite. (Love them anyway - little devils)

No, we signed up for satellite internet (that company I won't rec to anyone), but when we'd had problems for the past 3 months we attributed it to storms here or the weather in CO where the company is based. Not so, Mr. lefty called them 3 days ago and he was told that we'd exceeded our bandwith, no one mentioned this to us, and that they had backed us down to well below the dial up connection speed that we had while still charging us for their premium service! :mad:

The 17 yr. old mentioned that it seemed like extortion to him. I had to keep telling Mr. lefty that 'no you can't mention anyone's momma', 'no you can't mention driving to Denver with the satellite parts and placing them into someone else's body parts', etc.

Yep, as of today! The boys took the satellite dish down yesterday

along with all of the connection cables, modem, etc.

Mr. lefty forgot the part of the phone conversation where I mentioned don't disconnect the satellite connection until the other is installed, up and working, so no connection to the tubes of the internets for 2 days! :hug:

When Mr. lefty called the local cable company to inquire about internet service they kept trying to talk him into dropping the satellite tv service, too. He mentioned that "there are 4 channels that my wife has to have...cspan1, cspan2, LinkTV and FreeSpeechTV and I don't think that you have those channels." When the rep stated that they didn't he responded, "deal or no deal, I live with this woman and she will not put up with this!"

DirecTV? We have them for TV service and if it weren't for the NFL package, Mr. smokey and I would have dumped them a long time ago. We considered going with them for internet service, but decided on DSL because we didn't want weather issues to interfere with our internet usage.

interest and switched to DishNet. The initials of this satellite internet service are Wildblue. Weather wasn't the issue with them.

Alas, she had a tentative commitment and when she called today to try to say that she wouldn't be there, her 93 yr. old aunt answered the phone with, "I understand that you'll be here tomorrow."

44. He's doing ok. I noticed more diarrhea today. I've been giving him small

doses of pro-biotic at every feeding, I'm hoping it stops it. I'm also trying to be very careful about not leaving any food in the other kitties' bowls. Peanut's been a big help with that.

PetSmart has not previously sold rabbits in its stores, instead choosing to partner with HRS and other rabbit rescue organizations to place homeless rabbits.

Even worse, many frustrated owners simply release their companion rabbits out of doors – into neighborhoods or wilderness areas where they fall victim to dogs, cats, raccoons, and motor vehicles.

"The Trial of Henry Kissinger" by Christopher Hitchens. OMFG. Just the first chapter and I think I am going to be sick. Hitchens lays out all the evidence that the Nixon campaign did in fact scuttle the Paris peace talks in late 1968. I already recommend this book.
