It must have been a local buy from the Fox affiliate...WTF? Thay was hysterical.

1. Blame the cable provider, not the networks
Almost always, cross-channel advertising (shows on FX being advertised on Spike, for example) is done by the cable provider and not by the networks. It would be very foolish for someone like MSNBC to direct viewers away from their channel to a different one.

But then again, the only decent show that MSNBC runs is Keith.
