Regarding Impeachment strategy - timing is important

Regarding Impeachment strategy - timing is important
It is better for Dems if the Withdrawal from Iraq is already started so it can be judged a purely Bush misadventure. Then impeachment can proceed. Otherwise the wiley snakes will be blaming the whole thing on Democrats.

Plus withdrawal is the primary issue.
