....when I returned the Conyers motion to issue a citation to the White House and Meyers for being in Contempt of Congress seemed to disappear off the table. I just learned that this was the case because part of the discussions between Cannon and Linda Sanchez were about Meyers having the opportunity to still respond to the subpoena over the next five days. If she fails to appear by then or fails to give proper precedent for not appearing then the committee can act on the motion. I hope I got that correct, it can to me from a second party source as I apparently missed that part of the committee discussions. So, I guess I'll be watching the rerun this evening just for that portion so I hear this ruling for myself. :shrug:
