I think I could go this far -
Elements of 2,3 and 82 are positioning to block potential problems on the northern border to block about 14 Turkish division bent on taking PKK units to the south.

And buddy- they are real real serious. Maybe we are 72 hours away from a direct confrontation with a NATO ally. What the fuck are we gonna do??

2. Oh what do I know.
I could be wrong.

But I am shitting in my pants right now.

My kid lives or dies from circumtances already there in about 43 days.

But if true - this is a big deal.

Should scare the hell out of "Iraq's neighbors"

You'd think.

5. Back off.
Many of our politicians are bought and in the pockets of the Turks. That's why our own government has engaged in espionage against the US.

6. Could this have anything to do with PJAK, related to PKK..
and a recognized terror organization in Iran which we support, presumably to stir up revolution against Iranian leadership? I read recently there had been widespread rioting due to gas shortages. Somehow I feel influential Arabs could move toward peace.

7. My guess is that in the event of a Turkish invasion of Northern ...
Iraq, although there might be some minor clashes at first, we'll get out of the way and let them through. And then the PKK will be out to kill us too.
Pretty soon we'll be getting hit by al Qaeda here at home and our troops will be trapped in Iraq.
If people think things are bad now they're in for a rude awakening. It could get a whole lot worse in very short order.
