Up or down vote ... Up or down vote .... Up or down vote

I hate that phrase. When the repubs were in charge, that's all we heard. The Dems should allow them to have an up or down vote on whatever their pet thing or person was at the time. Now, they don't think there should be an up or down vote on the Iraq resolution. They want to stall it until blivet** has already gone to far to stop him.

Proceedures be damn. Shut it down. At least that way no funds can be appropriated at all for this mess.

1. hypocrite. caught.
If the “Democrats want our cooperation, they'll give the president's judicial nominees an up-or-down vote,” McConnell said.

3. Just for kicks
The Dems should start to show the endless miles of tape with Frist yapping on and on about "up or down votes" and that nuclear option.

I'd really like to get mitchy and the rest of the minority (God I love writing that) leadership on the record explaining if and why their opinions have changed in the last 5 months.

4. Every time a Dem "contradicts" himself, you get the media blasting it ... why
can't the Dems read into the Congressional Record all the quotes FROM THE CONGRESSIONAL RECORD that the Repukes said not two years ago?

5. No vote at all for the next 2 years.
The President shouldn't have ever been sworn in since the elections were rigged both times. Why should we allow him any further long term influence on this country? His power should be curtailed every time we have a chance.
