I know what I am doing tonight - Scooter's tapes
I understand that there are 7 hours of Grand Jury testimony that will be available later today.

Tapes of Libby testimony to be released

Recordings of former White House aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby's secret grand jury testimony will be released publicly after they are presented at his trial, the judge at Libby's trial ruled Monday.
In a victory for the news media, U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton said he has concerns about releasing the recordings during the trial, but that he has no choice under the law.

One of Libby's lawyers, William Jeffress, said that playing sound bites of the defendant's grand jury appearances in a public setting such as a trial "seriously threatens Mr. Libby's right to a fair trial."

1. He said it under oath, to a grand jury
I'd love to know just how his lawyer thinks that threatens his right to a fair trial when he is being tried for lying to the grand jury and others throughout the process.

Double speak. And he gets paid for that!

7. His lawyers fears that "sound clips" will be played
and that will be played out on television instead of the whole tape in context.

Sorry Libby, but Americans love "sound clips"

2. I still think that "aggressive interrogation techniques" would be quicker.
I mean, with a war pending against Iran, this really is like the so-called "ticking time bomb" scenario we hear so much about.

And here's hoping that there won't be any "eight-minute gaps" or "expletives deleted!"

every word.

They could cut out the missing girls/repeats of the latest stories about Ryan O'Neal and BRING IT ON!

It could also be run instead of the MSNBC Prison reruns of a thousand times and all of the Larry King and Tweety reruns that we must endure for hours and hours and hours and hours.

Bring on Libby!
