As per his interview on CNN. Fitzgerald will not be able to talk about any part of the GJ proceedings, but he can be asked about his interview with * & Cheney.

Saw it too. And was great to see both Schumer and Leahy confirm they were calling him. Maybe Waxman and Conyers will also call him. If Waxman does, I hope he asks, for the record, if Plame was Covert and, I'd like to see Kit Bond try and fence with Fitzgerald. Also, Specter is trying to wiggle of subpoenas for Rove and Meirs, saying he was sure they could get results, but Leahy wasn't buying it. Not nice of Specter to try and sandbag him that way on national tv.

3. the senate judiciary committee

can request/order any or all relevant information from the special investigator that may have been discovered during the grand jury that may relate to a senate investigation. this is one of the few instances where grand jury secrecy can be negated
