In a recent broadcast he referred to Limbaugh as a comedian. Maybe that's the way we need to refer to all of these nutcases. The fringe comedian Ann Coulter, the sit-down comic O'Reilly, the failed comic Limbaugh. They are not by any stretch of the words reasonable commentators. No one really knows what a pundit is, so that's out. They certainly are not journalists. They're like Paris Hilton - they're famous for being famous but have no other credentials. So why not just call them comedians - after all they give us a good laugh now and again, even if we laugh at them and not with them.
