Like how much is this costing? Who is paying for it?

I need to find a site that explains their point of view on this, since as I understand it Title 26 of the US Code is pretty clear about taxation.

but I believe the base argument is that the income tax was never correctly ratified and is therefore unconstitutional. Something like that.

7. I spoke with someone about a Week ago who was talking with them

but she said their phone had been cut off. They had a friend who would come and walk their dog but while passing a patch of woods nearby, some SWAT looking types jumped him, interrogated and threatened him with a long prison sentence if he continued to assist them.
I didn't know it was a federal crime to walk a dog.

It makes me think of Ruby Ridge.

Don't these people take conflict resolution training?
