You do understand we are just one "Archduke Ferdinand"

moment away from a war that we cannot "afford" as a society. And that once launched cannot be controlled.

Deaths in world wars (my theory) go up in factors of ten. 55+ million died the last time.

We really better carefully protect Mr Sistani - I think he may indeed be the 21st century equivilant of the Archduke.

Another point is that any Iranian inside Iran's border could be the "Archduke."

We're one bullet, missile and grenade away from all out catastrophe.

If you really doubt we killed Iranians - think again - you know, kids in a fire fight have no idea the nationality of the people dressed up on the other side - you know??

Not til they're dead, anyway.

You know what that fight this weekend in Najaf was about really ?- They fully understood if they killed Sistani they could set it off.

They put up a pretty good fight, too.

God - we need to get the hell out there.

6. Reality-based perspective - I like that.

I thought it was humorous in a way when the "president" said we would be going after Iranians supporting Iraqi insurgents- really did.

How disconnected from reality is this guy?? What does he think happens over there??

No one can tell the nationality of anyone in a fight- they all die the same way. What did that even mean - Iranians will be treated as bad guys?? What planet does the guy live on??? Not earth, thats for sure.

We do have the congress now- and he needs to be shown the door.

There is a bridge between conservatives and liberal right now - we agree on the "stupid war" - that is why the polls are so bad for him now. We do need to follow thru now. It is time.
