How about, just for fun, we refer to him either as "The President", "GW Bush", or suchlike?

Still, I just refer to him as GW Bush. That's his name. I'll never call him "The President" because he took office illegitimately, and because I think that the title has something of the stink of aristocracy on it today. In the States, I mean. People who insist upon referring to the president as "The President" in this country do it with a certain reverance that I find distasteful. It's really become overblown in the last few years with Bush and his authoritarian supporters, but the same would go for any president.
