Has anyone wondered why Albanians were allowed to "mob" Bush?

No random crowd in the US (or any other country that I know of) would be allowed anywhere near Bush, let alone close enough to touch him (or steal his watch).

This strikes me as extremely odd, especially since the Albanians all seemed to love Bush? Was Bush on a planet in some parallel dimension where everyone worships him and no one is considered a security risk?

Given this administration’s penchant for photo-ops and production values one has to seriously wonder if Bush’s Albanian stop wasn’t just another phony bit of stagecraft, a Potemkin village of adoring (though irrelevant) supporters to prop up Bush’s narcissistic ego (and to provide footage of Bush Worship for FOX).
