I am SO sick of all the fundy RW mfers thinking we all want everyone to get abortions...
listened to a spectrum of hate talk today and was just amazed at the labeling that goes on

Rush says we liberals "never met an abortion we didn't like"

our local newspaper has people who think we liberals are lining up at the door.

why do they get away with the shit they spew???

ABORTION SHOULD BE A PRIVATE MATTER AND NOT OPEN TO DISCUSSION PERIOD

1. As long as religion is allowed to dicate politics in this country
and as long as the division of Church and state continue to be breached....(big breath) as long as the media continues to be owned by 5 Men....

This one sided discussion will be heard over and over again..

I am sick of it too....because they are liars...they pretend that they would never have an abortion...but let one of their white daughters get pregnant by a minority....then all bets are off.

Rush Limpballs would be the first.....they are only fooling themselves.

You are right it is a personal matter between a woman and her doctor.

2. here is a sample of the newspaper
http://www.wichitaeagle.com/205/story/89517.html

Bill O'Reilly's right

After reading The Eagle editorial "Butt out: Neufeld resisted pressure" (June 2 Opinion), I believe Fox News' Bill O'Reilly over The Eagle editorial board 100 percent, and so do thousands of other people. I believe that George Tiller is performing illegal abortions. If animals were getting that type of surgery, you can bet the animal rights people would be outraged. But let it be human beings with their brains being sucked out -- that seems to be OK with the editorial board and Tiller. We have an opinion, just as the editorial board does, so that is why I'm letting The Eagle know mine. So many of my friends think the way I do about this terrible surgery.

4. I concur...but w/these assholes, all they have is fear, ...
abortion and,,,,,oh, that's all they have.

Limbaugh, that man of great honor, married/divorced 3x, arrested for procuring a minor male for sex, got off of charges that he had baggies of a Schedule II med, paid for w/cigar boxes of cash...I should think the last thing he should worry about is someone else's decision that does not affect him in the least...(how can you offend someones morality, when they lack said morality?)

All of these jugheads haven't a clue...they live in a world of illusion...x(

5. They tend to think all abortions are by women who are too lazy to
get one in the first trimester, so we wait until we are 8.5 months along to have one.

Abortion is grossly misrepresented by these people.

7. Huh? Why isn't it open to discussion now?
No, we aren't suggesting abortion be mandatory. Yes, it's private. No, no one should be telling women what to with their bodies. But you don't control what people in a free society can or cannot discuss any more than I do, so I don't get you there.

8. I am saying it should NOT be a political matter...it is a private decision

10. The only reason it's political is the way it polarizes people...
...it keeps us fighting among ourselves and distracted from whatever they don't want us paying attention to at the time they bring it up. Every time someone brings it up I wonder what's trying to sneak past our attention.

9. They don't think that. They just like to hate us. So they say things they know aren't true.
It's not like they don't KNOW they are misrepresenting our position. They know it, and don't care.

11. Framing the debate
That's what they do. That's what they get away with from the hopeless media.
