Are the Republican debates always going to FOLLOW the Democrats?

Are the Republican debates always going to FOLLOW the Democrats?
It's not exactly fair for the Republican Debates to follow ours each time. It allows them to spin issues that come up in the Democratic debate and say "like you heard in the debate the other night"...

They should not be given a constant opportunity to frame their debates as a "last word" response to ours.

2. I was wondering that myself.
They may use the rule like they do with the conventions. If a party is in the White House, the opposing party goes first. :shrug:
