7. My impression, from the trailer, is that he is referring to the prisoner's

access to healthcare at Gitmo, and how they have better access than many people in the US. I don't think he was implying that the prisoners are, overall, well-treated.

and they have a policy that if you can save the company money by cutting back cost on health services and depending on how much you save you get a bonus. I had heard that one woman had recommended that women who have C-sections do not need to spend X amount of days the hospital. They accepted her plan, she got a huge bonus and women who gave birth got to leave the hospital early. It made me sick. That was one of the nicer plans too. Also they had decided to pay for certain drugs. For example, depression, they would only give you a few selections of prescriptions to chose from. Anyone who has had depression issues, knows it takes awhile until you find right prescription and if it didn't fall under the cigna plan you payed out of pocket.

thats one of the main reasons medical costs are so high, because doctors want to cover their butts from malpractice suits and get tests for anything there may be a remote possibility of. If they dont order a test that reasonably should have been done, they can expect a major lawsuit if something is missed because of it.

would the insurance company also be liable, in this case, if it could be shown that they paid the doctor NOT to order certain tests?
