2. Yep. I was avoiding DU because of the freeper-style postings

by so-called Democrats.

Being critical of the President's policies is one thing, but then the claim that you've voted for him although you never liked anything he campaigned on, or because he's not SP, or because he's not come through on anything he's campaigned on {which is total BS} and therefore not vote for him again (and by default, will give the WH and Congress BACK to the Repubs), tells me you're not being practical.

It also tells me that you're nothing but a impractical liberal driven by impossible ideology no different than Palinites who don't understand how DC works today. Then it just tells me all I need to know about them when they add they'd rather have Kucinich - Or worse, NADER - as President.

What could either of these good men have accomplished when they have to work with Congress and have absolutely ZERO credibility with our corrupt repubs and RepubliCrats?

Even Kucinich said we shouldn't lay the blame for the watered-down HCR bill at Obama's feet. It's Congress that legislates, but too many seem to forget that little fact.

5. So good to be here. The extreme left-wingers are pissin' me

off so much. I love DU and didn't want to leave but with all of the horrible, horrible things being said about President Obama, I was thinking about just bidding DU farewell because of the hatred and immature whining. How incredibly unbelievable that people think the President is going to be able to address every one's individual causes and needs. Many of these folks aren't even acknowledging any of the things President Obama has done in one year which is a hell of a lot. I'm disappointed that in many cases they are so amazingly unrealistic. Oh well, I'm glad I'm here! :-)
