i found meditation to be a life saver,,, things are so much better, i am getting better remembering
i forget, i am calmer and more thoughtful.. life is soo much better

meditation is simply a method of training the mind

more if you want..

2. The Trouble With Most Forms of Meditation is that You're Supposed to Sit Still
Sitting still is NOT natural for me. I have to actively supress the need to stim.
The need to do that prevents these forms of meditation from being effective for me.

What works for me is to get my whole body moving, to a really good beat.
Dancing the ultimate stim. It also has at least as long a pedigree as a trance
induction technique as any of the sitting methods.

Dance seems to have been part of the therapy that was done in Dr. Asperger's clinic.
