1. What the fuck is this shit?
I was in a 6-month relationship with a guy with asperger's syndrome. He was a little awkward, and could be pedantic at times, but he was the sweetest, most caring guy you'd ever meet. It was the best 6 months of my life. We're still close friends.

2. That is so full of ignorant
clap-trap that it's hilarious.

I have an aspie son who has never dated or had a girlfriend. I do hope that someday he meets a woman who will recognize his good qualities which include loyalty and devotion. If he ever does have kids he won't be at his best as a parent during the early years, but from what I think I know of him he'll be great a little later on.

Not all neuro-typicals are wonderful partners, spouses, or parents either. That writer needs to get a grip.

3. Dr. Marshack needs to get a clue!
She may have "over 25 years of experience"
in the field but she has NO experience with
the Spectrum or variables in people with
autism/Asperger's.

Therefore, she isn't qualified to speak on
the subject AT ALL!

:(

4. Judging from the rest of her site, she's living in a different century
...and I'm not talkin' 20th here.
