Digital products bring creative help to autistic students
Cool software, very promising.

"Right now is a boom time for new, entertaining and interactive digital products designed specially for the challenges for kids with autism. Many are hitting the market and making big waves. One such tool is Teachtown, currently being used in the 700,000-student Los Angeles Unified School District and has received a Technology in the Works Award Gray’s organization, NCTI, in 2008."

2. They may find it easier to interact there than in RL
Interactions are simpler and mostly text-based.

You're allowed time to think about what you're going to say.

You don't have to worry about reading facial expressions. What few there are are pre-defined.

3. This is great,LCL!
I know online activities work very well for my son,
as he has the time to process each question and
come up with an answer.

He just finished a class at OCC, our local community college,
where he took his quizzes online.
It worked out great, even though the quizzes were timed.

Thanks for sharing this.
