1. Well I'm glad Pizza Hut is urging kids my age to vote.

But I have to laugh at this ad. I've told my friends I don't know how many times how important it is to vote and not once has one looked at me and said "You're right, I WILL VOTE," especially only after a second of coaxing.

2. i know--that IS pretty funny. some of my daughter's friends--you can

stick a firecracker up their butts and they still won't vote.

however, a lot of those kids come from republican families--used to argue & debate w/my daughter for HOURS on the phone years ago--defending bush. now they don't like him (what a surprise) but ...
