1. America! What a country!

As Secretary of Defense, Cheney pays KBR (now a subsidary of Halliburton) millions to study the privatization of some military functions. KBR says, "Hell ya!" and then gets hundreds of millions in contracts. Cheney's run in the administration ends, and suddenly he's in charge of Halliburton and becomes filthy rich, thus completing the cycle.

But it's not over! Cheney becomes VP and Halliburton gets billions in contracts for our filthy, illegal war in Iraq. Ya think the Tricky Ticker is lined up to get even more money when he's no longer VP?

Here's an idea -- impeach the sonofabitch and send his ass to jail.
