I am very fortunate to live near Atlanta where I can visit the Carter Center at any time or I can take a 2 hour drive and see the small town where this wonderful man grew up and still lives. This world has been made a better place by Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter!

3. He's such a patient man. Judy Woodruff on NewsHour last night had a

major attitude interviewing him, confrontational and condescending ("we've been speaking with Jimmy Carter, who holds such passionate views!"), and he just smiled patiently and let her guff go right by him. I admire him more than anyone I can think of.

Of course the bottom line is that the Bush admin. does not want talks with these countries, they want war and regime change.
