1. Well, she said something like "A picture is what it is, but I've always respected the office of the
President."

And, since I take her at her word (*cough* not really *cough*), I'm guessing she's saying,

"Mr. President, would you mind taking a look at this really bad paper cut I just got?"

It's not clever, but it's about the only respectful thing I can think of anyone saying as they wag their finger under the nose of the POTUS.
