1. In order to storm the Bastille, there need to be prisoners in the Bastille.
Go ahead, Powers That Be, set it up again. The calendar will return to 1789.

3. We are evolving into a fascistic police state, fellas', what with
the response to peaceful demonstration, pepperspraying innocents etc. I hope this man gets all the support he needs to fight this ugly law against freedom.

5. JURY NULLIFICATION!
"The jury has the right to judge both the law as well as the fact in controversy." -- John Jay, First Chief Justice

Source: Georgia v. Brailsford, 1794

"If a juror accepts as the law that which the judge states, then the juror has accepted the exercise of absolute authority of a government employee and has surrendered a power and right that once was the citizen's safeguard of liberty." -- Theophilus Parsons, Chief Justice

Source: 2 Elliot's Debates, 94, Bancroft, History of the Constitution, p.267, 1788

"An act of usurpation is not obligatory; it is not law; and any man may be justified in his resistance. Let him be considered as a criminal by the general government, yet only his fellow-citizens can convict him; they are his jury, and if they pronounce him innocent, not all the powers of Congress can hurt him; and innocent they certainly will pronounce him, if the supposed law he resisted was an act of usurpation." -- Theophilus Parsons, Chief Justice

Source: Massachusetts Convention on the ratification of the Constitution, January 23, 1788

"The jury has the right to determine both the law and the facts." -- Samuel Chase, Supreme Court Justice

Source: United States Supreme Court, 1796

"I consider trial by jury as the only anchor yet devised by man, by which a government can be held
to the principles of its constitution." -- President Thomas Jefferson

Source: 1789 in correspondence to Thomas Paine

7. Could we get a thousand man and woman camera march going
in Illinois?

This is the opposite of what our troops supposedly fight for.

12. A good idea, 10,000 years might be a better strategy, all of them
under 18, would help get the message across.

10,000 teens arrested video cams of police.

Clog the courts for years, and have any pre-trial settlements make the name, address and phone number of the police appearing in the video become part of some Youtube video, together with a full state college scholarship for any 16-17 year old arrested on such charges.

Would make police a bit more ethical in every area in the state, if not 99% of the nation.

The way to reject a police state in the USA is to screw it up, "nip it in the bud"!
