4. Francis Boyle: "We will continue our efforts to [...] put them in jail"
Edited on Wed Nov-23-11 01:48 PM by jtrockville
Transcribed from Boyle's comments:

Bush and Blair are found guilty under the same law that applied to the Nazis after the end of World War II. So they are international criminals, guilty of Nuremburg crimes against peace, and they should be prosecuted by any state in the world that gets ahold of them. And we will continue our efforts to bring Bush and Blair to justice and put them in jail.

-Francis Boyle

5. Who can a bounty hunter turn them in to?
There's a lot of vets out there with good training, no chance to use it, and unpaid medical bills.

13. Take a look at this and related KOS diaries

There was a diary on the rec list that says that says "Bush, Blair, Found Guilty of War Crimes". It then proceeds to quote the Iranian regime propaganda organ Press TV about some "war crimes tribunal".

That "war crimes tribunal" turned out to be a meaningless meeting of notorious truthers and antisemites. There was no actual tribunal and no trial.

And Press TV is a propaganda piece of trash that claims that Jews harvest organs.

It would be great to see some real indictments, but these aren't.

31. Gratuitously insulting bullshit
Did you actually read any of the KOS threads (since I'll bet this video being posted here originated via KOS)? Can you refute the evidence that this was a worthless "tribunal" drawing together some pretty unsavory actors? Nope, didn't think so.

Like I said, I'd love to see some REAL indictments. Your implicit support for antisemites and the propaganda arm of the Iranian government just because this "tribunal" came up with a "verdict" most of us would like to see makes your comment pathetic.

As for whether or not Bush was voted Legally into office, I don't buy that argument either. One election was given to them by the Supreme Court, the other was stolen.

16. One thing is true, every American has blood on their hands.
We have seen that the people here can rise up and speak when things get tough enough for them. Contrary to you thoughts, some of us were on the streets for over five years here saying no Iraq war, no surge, bring the troops home. We live with the shame now!

18. I suggest extraordinary rendition to bring the criminals to justice
Yes, let's see another country kidnap Bush and Blair from their home countries, tie them up, hood them, transport them to another country and then put them on trial. Both Bush and Blair think this is perfectly alright when applied to others, I think this crowd should have fear of it themselves.

Of course if they won't admit their guilt, I'm sure a little 'enhanced' interrogation will soon get the truth

19. I always thought that Bush was the face man, the front man, the man that
right wing followers loved to love. I just wish Cheney and Rumsfeld could have been included.

I don't think Bush was ever a PNAC member - Bush followed their direction and they allowed him some decisions.

I hope they are added if there is ever a trial.

Has Obama spoken yet?

22. Childish
A "war crime tribunal" confers with the judgement pre-determined. This has the same credibility and relevance as a Junior United Nations. This does a great disservice to legitimate claims of genocide as it dilutes the meaning to the point of irrelevance.

28. Agreed
This "war crimes tribunal" had their eyes wide shut. Short on specific, criminal charges, they relied on hyperbole and innuendo. No doubt the discredited Lancet study with its 6 figure casualty count was cited as "Evidence".
