2. This is a call for more money for charter schools.
Pure and simple. The rest is window dressing. The second the money dries up expect her to stop giving a public shit or doing anything more to help.

And yes, she is a hard core right wing repub. She campaigned and fundraised for bushie for gods sake. She's part of the bush criminal cartel.
