Giving anything from wrong medication, wrong blood types and wrong procedures is endemic to the US health care system.

Do you really want someone to post a list of NA members who fuck up?

You do realize that most SOP's and SOC's are woefully outdated?

2. Nurses out nurses in.
Nurses unions are required, by their contracts, to pre notify of a walk out so that the hospital can get temp nurses, as in certified nurses.
Also required is that positions that cannot be filled by temps, of be nurses with sufficient skill levels, must be manned by regular staff, or alternatively patients must be moved to another facility. Both sides know about those requirements in advance of the walk out because they are contractual agreements.

So the strike did not harm the patient. If any harm was done it was by the employer for not negotiating in good faith with the union.
