2. She had just started highlighting Cantor's bait-&-switch hypocrisy when the video ended, dammit.

The Republicans wrote letters asking for support/grants/loans for energy-initiative programs, then they turned around & voted against energy funding in the Senate. Plus, Issa is investigating clean energy loan programs! The letters are used to give the appearance to their constituency that they support energy programs, while at the same time, they're assuming & hoping their constituency will not know about how they voted.

I only wish Landrieu showed as much disgust at the Republicans' many other hypocrisies.

3. She is so pro-oil, I doubt her green energy concern

She is for the oil tax breaks, it won't hurt her oil industry's profitability. It would be better to give the nascent green energy sector more subsidies.
