Chris Wallace: When Colin Powell says ‘these are cheap shots and you’re wrong’…
Dick Cheney: Obviously I disagree with him.
Wallace: Anything you’d want to take back?
Cheney: No.
Wallace: Powell’s former chief of staff Lawrence Wilkerson, I don’t know if you know this, has also weighed in. He says you’re worried about being tried as war criminal.
Cheney: Well it’s news to me. I don’t pay a lot of attention to Mr. Wilkerson. I don’t know him. As far as I know I’ve never met the gentleman. I know he speaks out from time to time and that strikes me as a cheap shot.
Wallace: Your heads not going to explode?
Cheney: No.

1. CHENEY DOESN't have to live in future history, he has NOW
and the now is very kind to him. He will not be prosecuted for war crimes unless he travels overseas and he can live out his life among his adoring fans and a family that will support him to his face no matter what. So, there is no inconvenience or consequences for the wrongs he has done, so why should he worry about what people think. He can go on living quite comfortably lying to himself and others. Why not?? Do you think HITLER ever regretted what he did to the millions he murdered. I don't think so.

2. Go ahead, laugh
You know in your heart mechanical pump what awaits you. If there's one neuron in your cranium that harbors any thoughts of what may await you in some sort of afterlife, I hope it scares you to the pit of your being. If you're an atheist - as I suspect you are - then I hope the thought of nothing beyond an eternal dirt nap scares you even more.

My guess are if he ever was to travel to Europe, he might not laughs at war crimes accusation if he was to se the inside of a prison cell in the Haag.. Maybe in the same cell as former Jugoslav, and then Serbian President Milosovic was in when he finaly got his day in corth.

Maybe one of the resons, he wil never travel overseas, becouse in US he is safe.. It is no war crimes when an American do it, just when everyone else are doing it...

5. History will prove that Chenney and the whole
Bush administration actually were war criminials. The problem is this....the blame will be placed on all Presidents starting with Obama and the people that didn't scream to put these criminals on trial for every horrific act during the 8 years of their rein of terror. AND THE QUESTION WILL BE " WHY DID WE LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT "??????????????????

6. What would happen if he heard that certain countries with their special teams
were in the area and they were to show up with a caravan of vehicles riding around his house for an hour?

Or if he was traveling by plane they show up and about 2 dozen dressed in black with shades stood by the departure area and moved their heads when he moved?

7. That was a forced laugh on Cheney's part

Iraqi girl after her family had been killed by Americans for driving by a check point and not stopping.

BTW what a bald faced lie by Cheney, "I never met the man."

Wilkerson was top aid to Colin Powell when he was chairman for the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the 1st Gulf War
when Dick Cheney was Sec. of Defense so the idea that Sec. of Defense never met the Joint Chiefs of Staff's
top person during a time of war is laughable.

14. "I never met the man"? That's the same lie he told about John Edwards
during the Vice Presidential debate in 2004. Edwards mentioned having met and spoken with Cheney several times when the Senate was in session and Cheney was "presiding". Cheney denied ever having met Edwards until just before the debate. Who knew who was telling the truth? When all the news stations reported the NEXT DAY that it was Edwards who was being truthful and he had failed to call Cheney out on it when the situation BEGGED for it, my jaw dropped. It was like peering into the true cowardly heart of the Democratic party. I knew then we were fucked.

8. What do you expect from a man who thinks it's an honour
to be compared to a movie villain? Or I think Darth Vader was a villain, after all, I never met him.

9. Why is Chris Wallace chuckling along with Cheney? Never mind. I know...
They BOTH think it's a hoot that Cheney is considered a war criminal. Peas in a pod.

Oh, and Cheney doesn't look so good. Just sayin'

10. Was he followed by Carrot Top on this show too????

(He was on Jay Leno the other night, with Carrot Top.... too sickly surreal for me to watch! It alarms me that such an appearance was anything but "The Onion")

13. Personal Responsibility
Conservatives always talk about personal responsibility when
talking about the poor, but they don't want to acknowledge
their own culpability. Cheney, as vice president, had a big
hand in starting an illegal and ill-advised invasion and
occupation of Iraq that will cost us, according to Nobel prize
winning economist Joseph Stiglitz, 4 trillion dollars.
Conservatives also claim they are fiscal conservative; but
like their idea of personal responsibility, that is a lie.
Cheney and Bush should be tried in an international court for
the greatest crime, unprovoked aggression against another
nation. I, for one, hope that day comes soon.
