3. My daughter lives in Madison.
When she and her siblings were little, I would take them to political events, so they could remember and understand history. For example, they went to a Paul Simon town hall meeting when they were very small. I wanted them to understand what a great Senator we had.

I told them about the things I experienced and took part in during the sixties. Now my daughter knows from her own experience what it is like to be a part of a great social movement.
