Election Day 2012 is still 17 months away, but already a shadowy outside spending group has announced it will spend $20 million on ads bashing President Obama's record on the economy, jobs, and the nation's debt.

I remember watching a mobster movie once where there was a higher-up speaking. He said something like, "in the old days you reach the top by being better than the person above you. Now people reach the top by tearing down the person above you." Sounds like the GOP playbook.

4. Didn't work for me today - went to the church to pick up NAPS a

nutritional program supplement for seniors. First I did not have the right papers I needed. Went out the door and the car would not start. Finally got help, picked up the papers, found another ride and got the box of food but still have to get the car fixed. Still got worries.
