Chambers of commerce, Wall Street big wigs, Tim Geitner all want the debt limit increased and the debt would increase even if we do not raise the debt limit? So its damn if we do and damn if we don't. Just like a home owner whose house is worth less than the money owed, I say we stop paying now and get out of the destructive situation.

Or we can actually make the tough decision and bring our troops home now, end the stupid air wars in Libya and start raising taxes. If anything, we should start reducing the debt limit instead of raising it
