NATO's campaign in Libya rumbles on, two months after it started. The U.S., which led the operation, is still highly engaged without official consent from Congress. According to the Constitution, America's military action over Libya is now illegal. But as RT's Lauren Lyster reports, few on Capitol Hill seem concerned.

1. Yet we see so much silence over this outrageous violation of law.
Where are the protests? Where is the outrage? Where is the rule of law? Where is the attorney general? Where is Congress?

2. No it's not. The President notified Congress yesterday
the 60th day, and explained that there is NO WAR dammit.

“Since April 4,” the president wrote, “U.S. participation has consisted of: (1) non-kinetic support to the NATO-led operation, including intelligence, logistical support, and search and rescue assistance; (2) aircraft that have assisted in the suppression and destruction of air defenses in support of the no-fly zone; and (3) since April 23, precision strikes by unmanned aerial vehicles against a limited set of clearly defined targets in support of the NATO-led coalition's efforts.”

What part of non-kinetic support to the NATO-led operation don't you understand?
You should be ashamed to post this here again!

Resolution.

Edited to say that the OP did focus on the US role. Since it is a NATO operation and if the time laid out in the Resolution has expired, then NATO is in violation of the resolution.

4. Hell, the American people aren't upset at endless war, why should congress be upset? The MICC is
raking in the dough. We've now been at war with Iraqnam since 1991 and still no end in sight. This year will mark ten years in Vietghanistan.
