This fires a .30 x 06 round that is lethal up to two miles. It was often used for lion and cape buffalo in Africa in the old colonial days (in the Springfield bolt action rifle). In WW2, marines used to line up their shots to kill two or three "Japs" with one bullet, that's how powerful it was.

To fire into a crowd with this weapon with this bullet is murder, pure and simple.
