3. Well, I would not want to be accused of "Blaming it on Bush"
You hear that often enough... Blame everything on Bush!!! Well, I say that if you can not blame any of the failures on Bush, certainly you would not expect any of them to give him credit for this.... right? :sarcasm:

4. That would be the guy who dismissed non-state terrorism as a threat...

..., spent the first months of his administration reducing our ability to uncover and prevent the 9/11 attacks, let bin Laden get away at Tora Bora, mostly because getting him took a back seat to sezing control of Iraq, and just now praised the same intelligence community that he blamed for "bad intelligence" as a cover for his own deceptions?

6. What a fucking sick joke.
Remember when Geraldo was"embedded" with the troops? Remember when he was SENT HOME because he was giving too much information? Remember when Bushie said that it did not matter where Osama was, that he was not important?

I get so damned tired of the lies and the spin.

Once a government has successfully taken away the rights of it's citizens (Patriot Act and much more), it will not restore those rights without a major struggle.

I hope that I am wrong but history (unfortunately) is on my side.

7. "Who knows if he's hiding in some cave or not ..."
"...I don't know where he is. Nor do I -- you know, I just don't spend that much time on him to be honest with you." -- George W. Bush, 2002

Thanks to EarlG for his post to remind us of this quote.
