This isn't a video portending doom, just acknowledging the groundswell of change. It gets really good (and tackles the current world protests) around the 9:00 mark. Some may be turned off by the New Age-feel, but I found it rather uplifting. Just thought I'd share.

What's happening in Madison and around Wisconsin has not a damn thing to do with what is happening around the world!

2. I disagree.

I'm not saying the circumstances line up to an exact T. But, and I strongly believe this, the revolution in Egypt - by what was a constant display of the people's sheer will, determination and longevity - at least, in part, inspired the the magnitude of what's happening in Madison, and, to a larger extent, in America. Honestly, I don't think Madison happens if Egypt doesn't happen.

Also, the revolution in places like Egypt wasn't about just ousting a dictator, it was reaction to a system (worldwide Capitalism) that has been clearly advantageous to few, while detrimental to many - the same goes for the shit they're trying to pull, and have been succeeding at up to this point, across America.

Clearly, you don't see it that way - but claiming that Madison doesn't even have one "damn thing to do with what is happening around the world" doesn't seem right to me.

Also, that wasn't the only point of this video, but I appreciate the feedback.
