The Senate Sergeant at Arms and a WI State Trooper were sent to
Senate Minority Leader Mark Miller (D) home in Monona, Wisconsin. Senator Miller was not home.

What ever happened to the felony defined in Title 18, Section 242, Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law?

=============
Gov. Scott Walker needs to resign NOW! Admitting felonies on tape. What a moran!

"Walker is in serious legal trouble because he asked the person he believed to be billionaire David Koch to run phony "issue advocacy" ads that would benefit Walker and the Republican Party"

"Scott Walker: censorship = deprivation of rights under color of law" = felony

1. You have to have a law enforcement agency, or someone with authority who will...
investigate and bring charges. I've yet to figure out who has the necessary guts.

2. And, in the phone call, he admits co-conspiracy with the AG to try to arrest Dems
in order to achieve political ends! So, the Gov and the AG are felonious co-conspirators.

Very handy for the Governor!!! Well, only until they share a jail cell instead of a cell call :rofl:

out of Jury pool, but you still have to have someone in authority who will investigate what he said and take the requisite steps to charge him.

The Wisconsin Senate or or House could investigate, except they are stuffed with Republicans. I'm not sure I can imagine Republican John Byron ("J.B.") Van Hollen, Wisconsin's 43rd Attorney General bothering to investigate let alone bring charges.

5. Could this action by the Gov and AG have violated any
federal statutes?

Sweet if so!

7. The Bradley Foundation

One of my personal favorites listed as a past connection, The Independent Women's Forum. I've heard Thom Hartmann interview their executive director a number of times and I typically end up screaming at the radio. A thru and thru RW puppet.

Recommended.
