4. In case you can't watch (I'd rather read), this video states that Thomas was actively supported by

Citizen's United during his confirmation hearing. Citizen's United spent over $100,000 at that time to discredit Senators who were critical of Thomas. The argument now is that Thomas should have been recused during the recent Citizen's United case because of that direct conflict of interest.

Also, that the SCOTUS recently found against a lower-court Judge in a very similar conflict of interest case.

Just as Justice Benjamin should have recused himself in the Massey Energy case, Thomas should have recused himself from the Citizens United case; he didn't, so it should be vacated.

As a judge, he's supposed to avoid even the appearance of conflict of interest. In reality he, and that shrew of a wife he's got, are flaunting their bias in public, even lying on disclosure forms.

Thomas gives the court system a bad name.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas must recuse himself from any cases regarding the constitutionality of the health care reform law.

The Thomas household has profited from opposition to health care reform. His wife has already taken nearly $700,000 from health care opponents and now openly advertises herself as a crack lobbyist with the “experience and connections” to overturn the law of the land.

Stand with Anthony Weiner and his House colleagues, co-signing their letter and calling on Clarence Thomas to recuse himself from any cases regarding the constitutionality of the health care reform law immediately in the interest of maintaining impartiality in nation's highest court.
