private prison industry because it REQUIRES inmates for profit. You simply have to keep the cells full, so a bailout, in the form of our children, is absolutely essential.

Having "past offenses" for minor issues, that should be handled by the Principal, will build-up and help to assure future convictions even for a first offense.

I know how these kids' minds work. Once they've identified her as their target nothing... NOTHING she does will ever be acceptable. Nothing will ever not be a source of ridicule. Then when she commits suicide at 15 they'll all have that "how were we supposed to know?" look on their faces.
