PERDIDO KEY - Tonight, tar balls are once again washing up on our beaches.

Clean-up crews discovered a large tar mat underneath the water in Perdido Key.....and now pieces are coming ashore...

Yeah right. It's in the water column, and some of it attached to muck and debris and sunk, no doubt to rise again, again and again. :banghead:
