If Barack Obama would never get another vote in his lifetime, he will be a winner. Never has a president been so ridiculed, so maligned, so lied about by both sides of the voters. We all knew the rightwing hated him for many reasons, namely because he is an African-American man and a Democrat. What we didn't know is that the leftwing would go rogue and put him down as bad as, or worse than, the wingers do. He isn't doing things their old perceived ways and he's being talked about like a dog. Little do the character rapists know, but their words are far worse for them than for him.

A winner doesn't lose, but losers never win...and they are bitter.

You are right on though. This young man put himself, his family and his future on the line for this country. And pretty much everyone in it has found a way to belittle and ridicule him. He's done more than anyone since Roosevelt for this country...the middle class and the poor and struggling. It is just never enough. We really don't deserve him...and we certainly don't deserve more.

If he doesn't have us to support him....why does he keep working for our behalf? I just don't get it. I'd have flipped you all off and walked out the door of the White House by now.

Whining?

Do you care about:
- repeal of DADT?
- no public option, negotiated away to healthcare companies
- prescription drug imports negotiated away to drug companies
- no change in Iraq
- surge in Afghanistan
- surge in Pakistan
- surge in Yemen
- did not close Gitmo
- does not favor Art III courts for terror suspects
- claims the right to assassinate Americans at his whim with no judicial review
- Larry Summers
- Tim Geithner
- Hillary Clinton
- Rahm Emmanuel

I could do this all day.

The question is: Do you care more about Obama than you do policy? Are you a sycophant?

My wife can't get healthcare AT ALL until fucking 2014 b/c of a pre-existing condition. I guess we should stop whining.
