1. Not sure this is supposed to be aimed at the conservative GOPs or not, but didn't do it for me

a lot of people still like Arnold personally, and he has completed 2 full-terms as Governor (starting out with no experience) - proving her point on many levels that govt experience isn't necessary to enter and operate in that position...

so giving her any part of that 'echo' only builds her up which isn't helpful as ads go

not helpful imho

5. What it does is very effective IMO...
...because it showcases how much these Republicans work from pre-set talking points.

Also, of course, it shows that Meg Whitman represents a continuation of Aahhnuld's policies. Given the current state of government in California, that can only be damaging for Meg.

8. Arnold had 27% approval rating awhile ago
Which is probably lower now. He campaigned on making the state better and it ended up being even more of a mess, making both his terms very unsuccessful.

12. Did you forget the sarcasm smilie?
Schwartzenegger has de-funded all kinds of social services from battered women's shelters to children's programs. State workers have been forced to take furlough days (as have those of us who work in the University of California system). He's cut funding to the state parks and to services like the police. And he refuses to raise taxes on corporations and protects his friends, the wealthy.

I don't know of anyone who likes him. He's done a great deal of harm.

2. Arnold's Ghost Gov't
in Sacramento includes failed Governor Pete Wilson, advisor.
Put's a new spin on what they're saying about insanity since it reflects all the repugs that have been Governor since Ronnie and Nancy. We want rich people here, no one else.

9. K and R...very important...Here is why..
Edited on Thu Oct-21-10 07:04 AM by Stuart G
For people who are not sure, independents, this will work.
Shows exactly how programed this person is, compared to Arnold.
...Independents will be touched by this ad.

10. Also...this is really a kinda positive ad.
It doesn't attack the persons character, looks, or whatever.

It shows that Meg is using the exact same talking points as Arnold. Same, word for word.
And....
Meg never thought that you could find out that she used the same talking points..never

So someone found out.

14. This ad is influenced by Jon Stewart and the Daily Show. It should be the blueprint for all Dem ads
Republicans talk in the same chatter points year after year. Every Democrat needs to run an ad like this.
